We have taken the opportunity to meet with new ( and some old) secretaries as we held two seminars for the Secretaries of new clubs into the league and also secretaries that have been replaced.
Helston will be playing Southern League Football next season – they won 25 of their games, drew 5 and lost 4 they ended up with a goal difference of 74 and 80 points overall.
Vice Chairman Richard Palette acknowledges Brislington’s efforts with a play off momentum. Brislington achieved promotion from Division 1.
We’ve entitled this Photograph “DEDICATION”. The season was a hard one weather wise, it pushed everyone involved to their limits. We felt that this photo depicted the feelings of many involved in the game.
We have a very long standing and reciprocal friendship from the North East Counties League. An extended welcome is made from Western League Chairman to Life Member Brian Jones.
Matt Cusack of Helston Athletic picked up the Manager of the Season Award – this was presented to a member of the Helston team by Registrations Secretary Colin Goodland and Fixtures Director George McCaffery.
Kye Mountford of Portishead Town picked up the Manager of the Season Award for Division 1– this was presented to him by Registrations Secretary Colin Goodland and Fixtures Director George McCaffery.
